The development of our die casting machine industry is slow before the 1990s in China. There is a few die casting machines manufacturers and the productivity of
die casted itmes are few too.
However, the die casting machines industry has developed so fast since 1990s. According to the data collected in 1996, there are 1575 die casting machines manufacturers
and the affiliated factories in China, and about 8000sets die casting machines which including only 15% die casting machines imported from the other countries.
Among these 8000sets die casting machines, the cold chamber die casting machines are about 7000sets. At that time, these data ranked the top one in the world.

Even it developed so fast, but the overall technique and quality are not good. From then on, more and more manufacturers begin to focus on the quality as the
requirements of the market. Since 2004, there are about 1800 new factories coming out but the amount of the die casting machines begin to increase as a high speed.
Only the cold chamber die casting machine amount is double than before to reach at 14000sets, there are only 8% percentage import machines.

As per the productivity of the die casted items, it is 286,000.00tons in 1997, but it is 779,000.00tons in 2004 with a rapid speed.

As all above data, our domestic factories who use the die casting machines are willing to choose the domestic made machines. On the one hand, the technology of our
die casting machine is mature enough to ensure the production quality. On the other hand, the prices are much cheaper than the imported ones. Third, it is much more
convinenet for the users communicate with the die casting machine manufactures.
