1. Die locking force
There are one piece moving platen and one piece fixed platen on our hot chamber die casting machine. These two platens are used for clamp the mould. The moving platen is pushed by the hydraulic bar to lock the mould when production.
The die locking force means the force which the force when moving platen lock the mould.
The locking force of J215A is 58ton. It means the materials input force cannot be access to 58ton.
2. Stroke of moving platen
The moving platen will be pushed by the hydraulic bar.
The storke of moving platen means the distance which the moving platen can move.
It is the distance when the moving platen inject the mould and moving back.
3. Inner space between the bars
There are four bars on the machine where the mould load.
The inner space between the bars is the inner distance between two bars. There are vertical and horizontal.
4. Thickness of die block
When lock the mould, there is a distance of the moving platen and fixed platen.
The thickness of die block means this distance.
There is mould between the two platens and the mould thickness cannot be access to the thickness of die lock.
5. Injection force
When the raw mental is input into the machine, it will generate a force. We call it injection force.
Let’s take an example for you. The mental input principle is same as the syringe injection. When we push the syringe, it will generate a force.
6. Injection stroke
The distance of the syringe moving.
7. Ejection force
When finish one shot, there is a force to eject the casted items out of the machine. The ejection force is the force to ejection the finished items.
8. Ejection stroke
The distance of the oil tank which used for eject the finished items moving.
9. Diameter of shot sleeve
Diameter of syringe.
10. Dosage of fluid metal per shot
It is the max amount which you can add the mental material into the machine.
